day 27 - disaster again + checkpoints


Hi,

Git has fooled me once more, turns out I lost my main menu and saving features from a few days ago. I got working, bringing those back

I also added a checkpoint mechanic as some levels Catralitos designed turned out tough.

Furthermore, I also added more polish to the movement, the divekick now applies a knockback to the player after hitting an enemy, and using the shotgun blast as a jump is more controllable.

Things are starting to look very rough time wise, I hope we get a handful of working levels for you to try...
