day 17 - FX


Today I looked into the particle system that Unreal offers, it is quite weird and obtuse compared to Unity's solution, but I think I'm starting to understand it a little better. I changed some Starter Content already provided particle systems into a shotgun blast and smoke clouds for landing and sliding.

I also met with Alan_Wakes to discuss what art to produce next and talk about the environment design. We discussed animation for the enemy model as well as some general logistics. He as also recently updated the model from yesterday: 


I really fancy the mean look.
